In November 2022, the Energy Efficiency Fund launched a new programme for the reconstruction of buildings damaged by russia's military aggression against Ukraine. And in January 2023, the Fund announced the first results VidnovyDIM.
56 co-owners have already taken part in the new programme. This is 3 453 households. Only co-owners of the building can take part in the programme. VidnovyDIM launched in Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Sumy and Chernihiv regions in the pilot phase.
The cost of the submitted projects is estimated at UAH 130 million, and the Fund will reimburse UAH 128 million.
The European Union has allocated €5 million for the pilot phase of the VidnovyDIM programme. The Energy Efficiency Fund in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) will implement the programme.
Yegor Farenyuk, Director of the Fund, will tell the window community more about the programme during the WINDO KYIV Conference IV on 10 February.
