Swiss company Forster Profilsysteme AG, which specialises in the manufacture of steel profiles, has presented new products at BAU 2023. The new Forster Omnia window system complements the same door system.
The company emphasises the energy efficiency of the new system. The Forster Omnia steel window system achieves Uf value of up to 1.2 W(m2K). This corresponds to energy efficiency class C (the highest class is A).
While Veka and Foppe + Foppe have combined aluminium with PVC to improve energy efficiency, Forster has developed and patented a design without plastic insulators.
The advantage of steel construction is its strength. So Omnia has a basic burglary resistance of RC2 according to EN 1627.
Forster Profilsysteme AG is part of the Reynaers Group Aluminium Systems. In Ukraine, the company's products represent by Reynaers Aluminium Ukraine.
