On 1 July 2023, Rehau Window Solutions officially introduced the Artevo window system to the market. In May, the company announced a special event to present its premium products.
Artevo is the next generation of the Geneo system. The Rau-Fipro X fibre reinforcement (a combination of glass fibre and plastic) has integrated throughout the entire cross-section of the profile. It ensures even load distribution. And most sashes can use without reinforcement.
The product is also available with LowE foil, which, according to REHAU, reduces heat radiation by up to 5%. This configuration has certified by the Passive House Institute. Artevo Uf low = 0.85 W/Km².
The LowE film can recycle together with the window. Rehau profiles already contain up to 75% recycled materials. Now, for the first time, the Artevo system includes glazing beads made of recycled plastic.
According to the press release, Rehau also avoids to use foams to improve thermal insulation.
The maximum sash height for white and coloured windows can reach 2.8 metres. With a thin sash, it can be up to 2.6 metres.
The installation width is 80 mm.
The profile allows using double-glazed windows with a thickness of up to 72 mm.
Artevo is creating a joint system platform with Rehau Synego AD and MD.
The new product is not yet available on the Ukrainian market.
