Veka Ukraine presented a new generation sliding system

For the first time, the Veka profile brand presented a new generation sliding system to Ukrainian specialists. VEKAMOVE 76 was presented by Mykola Bondarenko, Regional Representative of VEKA Ukraine, during the WKC Installer 5.0 online conference.
The system is scheduled for release in the first and second quarter of 2024.

VEKAMOVE 76 is based on the SOFTLINE 76 platform. Among the features announced at the presentation are:

• The base width is 76 mm, which allows the use of a double-glazed unit up to 48 mm.
• The depth of the sash rebate is 25 mm. This improves energy efficiency.
• Increased number of sealing contours: 3 contours in the frame-sash combination, 2 in the sash-impost combination.
• The guide profile for the upper rollers is designed to prevent the sash from falling out even in case of unskilled or poor installation.
• The principal difference is the possibility of mechanical assembly of the frame to avoid difficulties in delivering large structures to the installation site.

The heat transfer coefficient of the profile Uf is 1.294 W/Km2, of the structure Uw = 0.817 W/Km2 using a double-glazed unit with Ug = 0.6 W/Km2.

VEKAMOVE 76 is compatible with additional profiles of the SOFTLINE family. It is already available with fittings from Roto, GU, Winkhaus, and Hautau brands.

The maximum dimensions of the structure consisting of one movable and one fixed leaf in white (WxH): 4200x2480 mm,
in lamination: 3800x2330 mm.
The maximum permissible sash dimensions in white colour are 1500x2400 mm,
in lamination - 1500x2250 mm.
However, the ratio of sash height to width should not exceed 2:1.
The maximum sash weight is 250 kg.

The new VEKAMOTION 82 Vista sliding system was also presented during the presentation.
