In five regions of Ukraine, the association of co-owners of apartment buildings (OSMD) will receive additional compensation for loans under the Energodim programme. Seven agreements on partial compensation of loans to condominiums under the state programme for energy modernisation of buildings Energodim from the Energy Efficiency Fund have been signed with local authorities. Olena Dmitriieva, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Globus Bank, and a member of the Board of Directors of the CBU, said this during a speech at KyivBuild Ukraine 2024.

According to the terms of the Energodim programme, OSMD can receive reimbursement for energy modernisation works in the amount of 50% to 70%. The lending terms provide for an unsecured loan of up to UAH 3 million with a zero down payment for up to 5 years at 16% per annum. And thanks to support from local budgets, the costs of condominiums will be further reduced in:
- Lviv region: compensation of interest on loans from 3% to 10% per annum during the first 12-36 months;
- Lviv: up to 30% of the loan amount, but not more than UAH 1 million;
- Rivne region: compensation of interest on loans up to 10% per annum;
- Rivne: compensation of interest on loans up to 6% per annum;
- Mykolaiv: from 30% to 45% of the loan amount and compensation of interest on the loan up to 25% per annum;
- Sumy: interest reimbursement at the full annual interest rate;
- Odesa: reimbursement of the cost of works from UAH 500,000 to UAH 2.5 million, depending on the conditions of the planned energy modernisation measures.

According to Olena, the greatest demand for the programme is recorded in the western regions of Ukraine, in particular in Lviv and Rivne regions.

Over the next 1-2 months, they expect to establish cooperation with local administrations of large cities and regional state administrations on compensation of interest or part of the loan for OSMD.
