The maximum grant amount has been increased to UAH 8 million under the VidnovyDIM programme. The programme is aimed at restoring homes affected by russia's military aggression against Ukraine.
On 20 March 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund approved the amendments, and they came into force on 22 March.
When the programme was launched in 2022, condominiums could receive UAH 6 million to restore a building, and now the maximum amount has increased from UAH 7.9 million to UAH 8 million.
The funds are transferred in two tranches: 70% and 30% respectively.
In addition, if a condominium association receives a notification from the Fund about the revision of the application, the corrections must be made within 3 months. If the deadline for submitting the amended application is missed, the Fund has the right to reject it.
