Profile manufacturer GEALAN unveiled at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2024 a new product, LINEAR-LUMAXX—a slim variation of GEALAN LUMAXX in the GEALAN LINEAR system. As noted by GEALAN's Product Management Group Leader Andreas Linke during the online conference WKC VI: Frontale Edition, it was a standout performance zone system.
LUMAXX is a concept of narrowed sashes. This allows for the production of windows with a larger glass area. According to the company, the glass area is 25% larger compared to standard windows.
The GEALAN-LINEAR PVC system, with an installation width of 74 mm, includes profiles for the manufacture of windows, doors, and sliding doors. It features straight lines in line with the trends of minimalism in modern architecture.
The LINEAR-LUMAXX design has a record sash width of 100 mm. For comparison, the sash width in GEALAN-LINEAR constructions reaches 150 mm and more. The 50 mm difference is visually significant.
