HOAs of Rivne Oblast can receive additional compensation under the Enerhodim program from local authorities. The "Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Program of Rivne Oblast for 2018-2025"(ua)↗️ is in effect in the region, and the "Enerhodim Rivne" program has been extended for 2024.
The Enerhodim support program for the energy modernization of multi-apartment buildings provides for the reimbursement of 40% of HOA expenses for modernizing heating systems and replacing windows and doors in entrances. The reimbursement limit is 2 million UAH, meaning the total project cost cannot exceed 5 million UAH.
Under the Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Program, HOAs of Rivne Oblast can return 10% of bank interest rates.
In the city of Rivne, the "Enerhodim Rivne" program has been extended for 2024, which additionally reimburses another 20% to the grant provided by the Energy Efficiency Fund. Also, HOAs in Rivne have an interest-free loan for the first year.
As noted by the director of the Energy Efficiency Fund, Yehor Farenyuk: "There are 34 applications from HOAs of Rivne Oblast and the city of Rivne for participation in this Program, 22 projects have already been fully or partially completed. The total amount of grants paid by the Fund to the HOAs of Rivne Oblast exceeds 73.6 million UAH. Without local support, achieving such results would have been very difficult, and this is a good example for others to follow."
Additional compensation from local authorities is also available to HOAs in Kolomyia.
