The Ukrainian manufacturer of window and door hardware, AXOR, will participate in developing a special training course for veterans and their families. On September 20, 2024, Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA) and LLC "AXOR Industry" signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at advancing education, scientific research, professional growth, and veteran support.
On the educational platform for veterans and their families, KNUCA, AXOR, and the public "Veteran Cluster of Ukraine" will create a special course. This course will provide veterans with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills necessary for successful adaptation to the workforce.
KNUCA has the educational potential to support this initiative, while AXOR Industry brings its own experience in supporting employees returning from the frontlines who need comprehensive rehabilitation, retraining, and integration into the labor market.
AXOR and its partner organizations will also assist in the employment of students, graduates, and veterans.
The cooperation will not only cover educational initiatives but also the organization of joint seminars, conferences, and roundtable discussions.
Also, the Association "Ukrainian Manufacturers of Translucent Structures" is working on the creation of an educational and practical center in Kyiv.
