The Association of Ukrainian Manufacturers of Transparent Structures has signed a cooperation memorandum with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MES). The goal of the agreement is to work together on educational initiatives that will promote the development of the window industry.
The document was signed by the Executive Director of the Association, Mykhailo Orlenko, and Deputy Minister Dmytro Zavhorodnii.
The Association is already working on two important professional standards. The first pertains to the installation of suspended ventilated facades and transparent structures, which is being developed by Barks. The second is a standard for installers of window and door systems, being developed by the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Following the approval of these standards, the plan is to continue developing educational standards and creating training and practical centers. The Association will collaborate with the Ministry of Education in these areas.
