profine Group announced the acquisition of EFP International B.V. (EFP), a Dutch manufacturer of aluminum profile systems under the brand "EFP European Facade Products." EFP specializes in the development and production of facade systems for architects.
EFP's product range includes facade systems, skylights, aerodynamic profiles, louvers, sun protection systems, windows, doors, and cladding systems. The company offers facade solutions, combining European technologies with efficient production processes.
EFP operates in markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, serving projects such as hotels, office centers, sports complexes, hospitals, and airports.
The acquisition of EFP will strengthen profine Group's position in the international construction and renovation market by expanding its product range with aluminum systems. This move will allow profine Group to broaden its product offerings in international markets, utilizing the Kömmerling brand.
