The draft state budget for 2025 does not allocate funding for the eVidnovlennia program, which aims to restore destroyed residential properties in Ukraine. During the first reading of the budget, the Verkhovna Rada rejected an amendment by MP Olena Shuliak to allocate 10 billion hryvnias to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.

Previously, the Ministry of Reconstruction of Ukraine had stated that over 40 billion hryvnias were needed to continue the program. However, funding for 2025 remains at risk.

The Association of "Ukrainian Manufacturers of Transparent Structures" has appealed to the Ministry of Finance and the head of the Budget Committee, Roksolana Pidlasa, requesting funding for the program. The appeal emphasizes the importance of supporting this program for the recovery of housing damaged during the attacks, particularly the installation of windows, doors, and facade systems that require urgent restoration.

Association members believe that funding for eVidnovlennia is crucial for supporting communities affected by the consequences of the war and hope that this issue will be resolved during the second reading of the budget.
