Elumatec unveils the new DG 102-P saw for window and door production

According to the German manufacturer elumatec, the product range for the window market has been expanded with a new model – the DG 102-P double-head saw. The machine is designed for precise and user-friendly profile cutting in the serial production of windows and doors.

The DG 102-P features two independently rotating heads, allowing profiles to be cut on both sides simultaneously at an angle. This construction is ideal for high-volume production of uniform frames – particularly relevant for companies operating continuous production lines with 100+ frames per shift. Instead of manual profile positioning, operators can make accurate angled cuts with minimal movement.

Key technical features highlighted by the manufacturer include:

• automatic length adjustment of the movable head using a brushless motor;
• pneumatic tilting of the saw unit to 90°, 45°, and 22°30’ with fixed positions;
• optional adjustment of intermediate angles;
• hydro-pneumatic saw blade feed for a smooth start and reduced wear;
• clamp for securing profile offcuts.

The DG 102-P is equipped with automatic protective hoods to enhance operator safety, while a roller conveyor on the movable unit simplifies loading and unloading. Extended profile clamping ensures stable material positioning during cutting.

Among comparable market offerings are the Turkish YILMAZ DC 421 PBS or the more budget-friendly Haffner DGS 189. However, in terms of automation and accuracy, the elumatec DG 102-P stands out. The saw is now available to order in Ukraine.
