The company announced the launch of the Ultion Sweet handles, which come with a 20-year corrosion warranty. According to the manufacturer, the product has passed a salt spray test lasting 8,000 hours — 33 times longer than the requirements of the European standard EN 1906:2012.
The Ultion Sweet handle is coated with multiple layers of nickel and brass, creating a protective barrier against salt and moisture. This combination is strong enough for the company to provide a 20-year anti-corrosion guarantee for each handle.
For companies operating in coastal regions, the issue of corrosion is particularly relevant. Salt air quickly damages inexpensive zinc handles and even medium-grade stainless steel. This leads to additional replacement costs and harms the reputation of installers and manufacturers of window and door systems.
