At the TeamWIN Windows & Glas Day 2025 business conference, Axor presented an update to its SMART QUICK tilt-and-turn hardware. Among the improvements is a telescopic anti-vandal plate that automatically adapts to changes in the window geometry caused by temperature fluctuations. This enables smoother operation without compromising the level of protection.

Sales Director Roman Petrenko explained that the new plate compensates for the rigidity of anti-vandal components and adjusts to the rebate gap, providing comfortable operation even with tight sealing. The upgrade maintains RC1 certification and can also be upgraded to RC2 and RC3 levels.

The standard configuration of Axor SMART QUICK now includes:

Thanks to this design, the hardware ensures smooth operation even for heavy sashes and wide-profile systems. Additional lifters at the bottom of the sash distribute the load, preventing sagging and making operation easier.

The telescopic design requires no manual adjustment, and the micro-lift and mishandling device protects against incorrect operation of the hardware. The new version also includes an additional sash compression point in the scissor hinge area for better sealing — this reduces draughts, noise, and heat loss.
