Profine Group has announced that it will present the Kömmerling WarmCore system for the first time at Fensterbau Frontale 2026 as part of its Fit For Future programme.

The hybrid Kömmerling WarmCore system is available with installation depths of 70 and 76 mm. It combines a PVC core with aluminium profiles. This approach ensures high energy efficiency and structural rigidity.

The system covers a range of applications. Manufacturers can produce windows, doors, sliding and folding systems. The PVC core contains up to 50% recycled material. The aluminium elements consist of at least 90% secondary material.

The manufacturer allows the use of up to 100% recycled material in the PVC component and up to 90% in the aluminium. The profile design enhances thermal insulation. This helps to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.

The system does not require steel reinforcement. The connection between PVC and aluminium eliminates the need for steel. The windows become lighter, and additional space is created inside for thermal insulation inserts. The Kömmerling WarmCore 76 achieves a Uf value of up to 1.0 W/(m²K).

A full aluminium shell on both the interior and exterior expands the range of design options. Customers can choose RAL colours or timber-look finishes. Windows and doors create a uniform appearance for the building.

At the Kömmerling stand, the focus will be placed on the Fit For Future programme. The programme brings together next-generation system products and accessories. The company aims to simplify production for partners and reduce material consumption.

It should be recalled that Ukraine will present a national stand at Fensterbau Frontale 2026 for the first time.
