Rehau Window Solutions reports that it is preparing to present a new door access system in cooperation with European leader Nuki at Fensterbau Frontale 2026.
The company is expanding its product portfolio for the smart home segment and is offering an integrated access module for new-build projects. It has been developed together with the Austrian company Nuki, which specialises in keyless access technologies.
The new Nuki Smart Module is integrated directly into the door and does not alter its appearance. It operates in combination with electromechanical locks and ensures a constant power supply without the need for batteries or recharging. Users gain remote access, the ability to manage digital keys and automatic door unlocking.
The module supports the Matter standard, enabling easy integration into popular smart home ecosystems, including Apple, Google, Amazon and Samsung SmartThings. The system can be complemented with accessories such as a keypad for code entry, fingerprint access or NFC.

According to the company, more than 600,000 Nuki smart locks are already in use worldwide, performing over two billion operations annually. The new module brings this experience into the new-build door segment.
The companies plan to launch the product on the European market in the fourth quarter of 2026. It will be available via door manufacturers, certified Nuki partners and the online store. The first presentation will take place on 24–27 March 2026 at the REHAU stand at Fensterbau Frontale.
