Selena Group has announced the launch of a new product – the multi-position polyurethane foam Tytan Professional® REVO 360°. Its key feature is the ability to apply foam at any canister angle without losing control over the material flow.
The foam comes with the new RevoGUN applicator, featuring two independent triggers. One trigger is designed for top-down application, while the other is intended for bottom-up work. This allows installers to apply foam with one hand even in hard-to-reach areas, including overhead applications and narrow openings.
Traditional foam guns often require considerable effort and restrict freedom of movement. This can lead to rapid hand fatigue and reduced application accuracy. According to the company, REVO 360° eliminates these limitations thanks to its ergonomic handle and a valve that enables smooth material dosing.
“When developing REVO 360°, we placed the installer’s needs at the centre of the design process. We knew the industry needed a tool capable of filling wide joints efficiently while also delivering precision when working on complex architectural details, regardless of the canister angle. Our RevoGUN applicator combines ergonomics that help protect workers’ health with efficiency that optimises material consumption,” said Michał Specjalski, Member of the Management Board for Products and Development at Selena Group.
One canister yields up to 50 litres of ready-to-use foam. The manufacturer claims that this helps reduce material consumption on construction sites. The valve does not become blocked during work interruptions, allowing the foam to be reused without losses.
The foam is suitable for a wide range of installation and finishing applications, including filling gaps, expansion joints and installation openings, sealing junctions in roofs, walls and floors. It is also used for thermal insulation of heating and water supply pipes, sound insulation of partitions, and fixing components in frame structures.
