REHAU Window Solutions has announced the start of sales of REHAU ARTEVO entrance doors on the German market. The company made the announcement on 17 June 2026. The new model expands the ARTEVO platform and becomes part of a unified premium system range for windows and entrance doors.

ARTEVO entrance doors are manufactured from RAU-FIPRO X, a fibre-reinforced polymer profile material. It provides high structural rigidity and minimises deformation caused by temperature fluctuations. As a result, the maximum sash size reaches 1,350 × 2,500 mm. The doors are also suitable for use as emergency escape exits.

The profile system has an installation depth of 80 mm and is compatible with the SYNEGO window system. This enables window and door manufacturers to use common components for both product lines, reducing production times and inventory requirements.

In terms of thermal insulation, the frame profile achieves a Uf value of 1.1 W/(m²·K) in the standard version. When combined with LowE technology — a coating that reduces heat loss through the glazing — the value improves to 0.90 W/(m²·K). REHAU ARTEVO entrance doors have previously received Passive House certification.

The doors feature an integrated cable duct for electrical wiring. This allows the installation of an electronic lock, lighting system or controller for switchable glazing. To enhance privacy, the company offers the Smart Privacy option — glazing that changes its transparency on demand. A dedicated Smart Privacy Door Controller manages the transparency of glazing in the door sash and side panels.

REHAU Window Solutions has also developed a smart access control function together with NUKI, a European leader in smart lock technology. The integrated module connects directly to the electromechanical lock. It supports the Matter protocol and is therefore compatible with all major smart home systems. Users can control the door via smartphone without a physical key. The module can be installed on the hinge side or concealed within the door leaf. It is compatible with standard electromechanical locks.

The EASYSTEP Zero threshold provides barrier-free access in accordance with DIN 18040. It is suitable for doors in both the ARTEVO and SYNEGO systems and features a drop-down sealing strip that presses tightly against the floor when the door is closed.

Most profiles in the ARTEVO range are manufactured with between 25% and 75% recycled material content. All profiles are fully recyclable at the end of their service life. The ARTEVO TERRA version contains bio-attributed PVC and is certified according to ISCC PLUS. The ARTEVO max version enhances the base design with LowE technology for additional reduction of thermal radiation.

From December 2026, the company plans to add the option of manufacturing infill panels that cover the sash on both sides. A corresponding connecting rail for mechanical fixing will also become available.
