According to EFI Group, NovaSklo Trade has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with NSG Group, one of the world's leading glass manufacturers. The agreement was signed on 25 June 2026 in Gdańsk during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026. From now on, NovaSklo Trade is the sole official distributor of Pilkington architectural glass in Ukraine.
NovaSklo Trade is the commercial division of the NovaSklo project to build a glass manufacturing plant in Ukraine. The company is part of the Ukrainian investment and industrial holding EFI Group.
Under the agreement, NovaSklo Trade has obtained the rights to supply and promote the full range of Pilkington architectural glass products. These include Pilkington Optiwhite™ low-iron glass, Pilkington Suncool™ solar control glass and Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear float glass. Float glass is a type of flat glass manufactured by floating molten glass on a bath of molten tin, producing a smooth and uniform surface.
The products are intended for façade and panoramic glazing, the manufacture of premium insulating glass units (IGUs), and construction projects incorporating modern architectural solutions.
The cooperation model provides direct access to the manufacturer without additional intermediaries. This ensures competitive pricing, transparent logistics and predictable delivery times.

NovaSklo Trade will work closely with architects, developers and glass processors. The company will provide direct product supplies to customers across Ukraine.
Earlier, NovaSklo signed an agreement with Pilkington Technology Management Limited for engineering support.
