Schuco collects design awards. Among the four winning systems is the Schüco AS PD 75.HI Panorama Design panoramic sliding system. She received the distinction of Red Dot Award Winner 2023 and iF Design Award 2023.
The Red Dot jury appreciated how the zero-threshold lift-and-slide design enables the largest possible views to the outside, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor areas. The integrated recessed handle and movable lid profile ensure a level appearance when the structure is open or closed.
The Schüco AS PD 75.HI Panorama Design aluminum system combines a frameless appearance with a barrier-free threshold. Frame profiles are hidden in the wall, floor and ceiling. When the sliding system is opened, the barrier-free threshold comes out of the frame. Also, in the open state, the movable cover profile in the side frame hides the hardware elements.
Another visual feature is the slimline face width of 35 mm.
According to Schüco, the Schüco AS PD 75.HI Panorama Design sliding door can achieve RC3 burglary resistance.

In 2022, the strategic partnership between air-lux and Schüco was recognised by an international jury. The sliding window won the RedDot Award Winner.
