On July 29, the Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund approved changes to the Enerhodim Program. From now on, HOAs can apply and receive up to 70% grants for facade and roof insulation. However, there is a nuance: participants in the simplified version of Package "B" can only be those HOAs that have already completed the mandatory measures of Package "A," which includes the installation of ITPs and heat meters.
New version of Package "B":
- Mandatory measures: wall insulation and roof insulation.
- Optional measures: replacement of windows and balcony blocks in common areas; replacement of external doors or installation of a vestibule at the external entrance.
Among the mandatory measures, HOAs can choose one measure or implement both.
The total grant amount for one HOA will be 70% of the project cost, but not more than 10 million UAH. A partial advance for construction work can be obtained at 30% of the project cost, but not more than 4.2 million UAH. The project implementation period is 9 months, with the possibility of extension for another six months.
Applications are accepted until December 31, 2024.
