The "Enerhodim" program extended for one more year

The Supervisory Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund has approved an extension for submitting applications to the "Enerhodim" program. According to the Fund's press centre, HOAs can now apply until 31 December 2025.

However, the option to receive an advance payment has been removed for new applications. Previously, advance payments for construction work covered up to 30% of the project cost, capped at 4.2 million UAH.

As a reminder, "Enerhodim" is a program aimed at improving the energy efficiency of multi-apartment buildings. Through this program, HOAs can be reimbursed for up to 70% of their expenses.

Participants can choose from packages that include mandatory and optional measures to enhance a building’s energy efficiency:

• Package A (Basic): Comprises relatively low-cost energy efficiency measures.
• Simplified Package A.
• Package B (Comprehensive): Includes all measures from Package A (if not previously implemented) and the thermal insulation of building structures.
• Simplified Package B.

Mandatory replacement or repair of entrance doors and windows is only included in the Comprehensive Package B.
