ift Rosenheim presented the Siegenia controlled window actuator as part of "climate-resilient" building products for public and commercial buildings. The Siegenia DRIVE CL chain actuator was one of the exhibits at the specialized "climate.proof.build" exhibition at BAU 2025.
The DRIVE CL, designed for decentralized ventilation, is fully integrated into the frame profile and allows users to the opening width with a stop function. Since the window automatically locks after closing, Siegenia eliminates the need for a window handle with DRIVE CL.
Developers ensured the ability to not only tilt but also fully open the sash, for example, for window cleaning. An integrated timer enables night ventilation.
Control is managed via a button, an app, or a building management system.
