Aestech has presented a frameless glazing system for facades with an integrated recuperative ventilation system.
Ventilation through open windows or vents is a traditional method for buildings with glass facades. Obviously, it is not without its drawbacks. The key ones are the cost of cooling in summer and heating in winter and the price of moving elements of facade glazing, which increase the cost of the structure and require additional maintenance costs.
Aestech has created a solution that eliminates a number of these problems. Our recovery system is built into the facade system of high-strength double-glazed windows.
All elements of the system are hidden, so the facade will not have any openings and looks cleaner, lighter and more aesthetically pleasing. Energy is transferred through a compact heat exchanger that works together with fans and filters for the incoming air. All air supply and exhaust pipes, as well as additional units that are usually located on the facade and roof, are also hidden. They were placed in the space under the ceiling and between floors.
Unlike conventional air conditioners, which dry the air, the Aestech recovery system can set the required humidity level. It is also much more flexible. Owners can determine the ventilation parameters of each individual room and save additional money.
The advantage of the integrated system will also be appreciated by architects, who no longer need to think about how to hide the ventilation system, because they get a ready-made solution.
