Giesse S.p.A. has announced the release of a new manual punching machine, the TFV ECO, designed to accelerate the preparation of hardware connecting rods for aluminium windows.

The manufacturer has expanded its range of equipment and introduced a tool that combines several operations within a single workstation. The machine performs rod cutting, punching an 8 mm hole for additional locking points, and creating an 8 mm hole with a notch for hardware connection. According to the company, this approach helps reduce the number of production operations, minimise the risk of errors, and speed up work.

The TFV ECO was developed with the needs of aluminium system manufacturers in mind. Thanks to quick die replacement, the machine works with connecting rods for the European groove made of polyamide containing 30% recycled raw material, as well as rods for the R40 groove. This allows the equipment to be used for different aluminium window configurations.

To control accuracy, the manufacturer has provided a measurement display with a resolution of 200×200 pixels. It allows quick verification of the rod length and the position of holes during processing.

The machine is supplied with a stand and a coil. For operation, it requires connection to pneumatic and electrical networks. The equipment has received CE certification and complies with European workplace safety requirements.
