Wise Service maintains its export potential during a full-scale invasion

Wise Service, a Ukrainian company that automates the production of windows, has retained its export potential in 2022. This was announced by the owner Yevhen Herashchenko during the business event WINDO KYIV Conference IV.

In 2022, Wise Service equipment was delivered to Moldova, Serbia, and Spain. Today the company operates in Canada, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Spain, Serbia, Ukraine, and the USA.

At the conference, Mr Yevhen gave an example of production process optimisation. After modernisation, the double-headed saw saved 1.3 million UAH per year. This was due to reducing

• the number of workers from 2 to 1,
• the acceptable scrap rate from 5% to 2%,
• the production area from 12 m2 to 6 m2,
• the power consumption per shift from 70 kW to 35 kW,
• the time to complete an operation from 31 seconds to 20 seconds.

The loss of profit without modernisation for the month was 109 864 UAH:

• on salaries 12 500 UAH,
• UAH 77,000 in defects,
• for rent 300 UAH,
• for electricity UAH 6,500.
