Window and door hardware manufacturer Geze took advantage of the BAU 2023 construction trade fair to present its new products. The new products include the F 1200+ window drive. It allows you to open and close heavy large windows. It works with sashes weighing up to 200 kg.
The F 1200+ drive has designed for turn-and-tilt windows. The maximum possible construction height is up to 3.5 m and width is up to 2.4 m.
Windows with the F 1200+ has tilted for ventilation at the touch of a button on the integrated control panel. It has activated by a proximity sensor and replaces the classic window handle.
There is also a manual swing function for quick ventilation or window cleaning. The F 1200+ has connected to a smart home network using a KNX IQ box.
Window brands often use leading trade fairs to introduce their latest developments to professionals. The market needs usually lag behind. For example, the Ukrainian hardware brand Axor responded to a request from partners and produced window fittings for opening small structures.
