HAUTAU has become a subsidiary of MACO

The German company HAUTAU GmbH is now a subsidiary of the MACO Group. The Austrian hardware manufacturer has acquired the remaining 25% stake in HAUTAU. It reported in the MACO press centre.

MACO Group acquired the first 75% of HAUTAU shares in 2018. Now the purchase of the remaining 25% has been completed.
"We have worked closely together over the past five years and will continue to grow together," said Guido Felix, CEO of MACO Group.

HAUTAU manufactures, among other things, hardware for sliding systems and window automation elements. This complements the range of products and services offered by MACO.

The management and contact persons at HAUTAU and MACO remain unchanged.
