MACO Group presented the MACO Move HS roller. This is the first product developed jointly by the teams of MACO and HAUTAU. As previously noted by OKNA.ua, in 2023 HAUTAU became a subsidiary of MACO.
The roller ensures smooth and quiet opening and closing of lift-and-slide doors thanks to the easy-motion mechanism. The press release mentions that, even in standard configuration, the roller can support a greater door weight than similar products on the market. Overall, the MACO Move HS is designed for sliding doors weighing up to 500 kg.
A distinctive feature of the design is the optimized kinematics, which evenly distributes the load on the rollers. This means the rollers are not overloaded. Built-in brushes clean the mechanism during operation, extending its service life.
As a joint development, the MACO Move HS roller is compatible with MACO Rail hardware and HAUTAU Atrium systems. This will also apply to all other solutions that will appear soon. They will all be presented under the "Move" name with corresponding designations, such as "Move HS" for lift-and-slide doors.
According to the international version of the MACO Group website, the MACO Move HS roller is already available for order.
