elumatec unveils two latest innovations: SBZ 145 and SBZ 625/13

elumatec introduced two new machines at the international BAU 2025 exhibition. Visitors had the opportunity to see the SBZ 145 and SBZ 625/13 in operation.

The compact five-axis gantry machine SBZ 145 features a large working area of 560x350x7500 mm. It is designed for metalworking companies and the industrial processing sector.
Equipped with an autonomous clamping axis and a tool module for milling cutters, drills, taps, and saw blades (accommodating 18 standard tools).

The modular CNC machining center SBZ 625/13 was released in a special version for aluminum processing. According to the company, separating milling and cutting operations allows the machine to achieve high productivity in parallel processing mode.
Key features highlighted by elumatec include:

• A mechanism with a ten-tool magazine,
• A module accommodating up to eight tools,
• A profile accumulator between the milling and sawing units,
• A high-speed sawing center with three fixed saw blades (45°, 90°, -45°).

The SBZ 145 profile machining center also received recognition in Poland, earning the "MTP 2025 Gold Medal." This award is presented by experts for quality, technological advancement, and functional properties. Organizers position it as a "gold star," reflecting professional market acknowledgment.
