The Energy Efficiency Fund announced that its Supervisory Board has increased the maximum amount of grants under the Enerhodim programme. From now on, homeowners’ associations can receive up to UAH 5 million for thermal modernisation under the simplified Package A and up to UAH 15 million under the simplified Package B. Previously, the limits were UAH 3 million and UAH 10 million respectively.
In addition to greater financial support, homeowners’ associations have received an expanded list of eligible measures. In particular, within Package A it is now possible to install apartment-level heat distribution metering units and automatic temperature regulators on heating devices in flats or common areas.
The maximum specific costs of works and materials have also been revised. For transparent structures within heated volumes, the limit is UAH 8,500/m², and for unheated volumes — UAH 6,600/m². The amount includes the cost of the structure as well as dismantling and installation works. No maximum costs are set for the replacement of entrance doors or vestibules.
Another new feature is step-by-step verification for participants under Package B. This will reduce the financial burden during the implementation of large-scale thermal modernisation projects.
It should be recalled that earlier the Energy Efficiency Fund announced the receipt of an additional EUR 18 million to support the Enerhodim and VidnovyDIM programmes.
