Energy Efficiency Fund and KRYSTALBANK start cooperation to support the Enerhodim programme

The Energy Efficiency Fund has announced the start of cooperation with KRYSTALBANK under the state programme “Enerhodim”. On 21 October, the parties signed a partnership agreement that expands financial opportunities for homeowners associations (OSBBs) seeking to improve the energy efficiency of their buildings.

Thanks to the new partnership, OSBBs will be able to open accounts, receive grants and attract loans for energy modernisation. KRYSTALBANK will become another financial partner through which the Energy Efficiency Fund implements the “Enerhodim” programme.

The Fund’s Financial Director, Mykola Iljinov, emphasised that the bank’s involvement makes participation in the programme more accessible to residents of different regions: “The more banks join the programme, the easier it is for OSBBs to benefit from the support — practically, a ‘bank near home’. It also creates healthy competition, thanks to which banks offer more favourable conditions for clients.”

Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “KRYSTALBANK”, Leonid Hrebinskyi, underlined that participation in the programme is the bank’s contribution to the sustainable development of the country.

The “Enerhodim” programme compensates up to 70% of OSBB expenses for energy modernisation measures — insulation of buildings, replacement of windows and doors, modernisation of heating systems and installation of heat points.
