elumatec has reported that its cooperation with Reynaers resulted in new options for the SBZ 628 XXL machining centre. The updated machine is now compatible with all Reynaers profiles, including narrow sashes. The first equipment has already been sold.
elumatec emphasises that the updated options expand the capabilities of the SBZ 628 XXL and make production smoother and more efficient. The company notes that for manufacturers working with Reynaers profiles, this is an opportunity to combine machining precision with consistent processing speed.
The SBZ 628 XXL is suitable for large and complex structures such as façades, doors and wide sashes. The model allows processing of profiles up to 320 × 160 mm, working with workpieces up to 10,500 mm long (as an additional option), and maintaining high accuracy during serial production. The configuration can include up to eight spindles for milling or drilling, various angle-cutting strategies, an additional saw and a manual mode for setting up non-standard profiles.
The equipment is advantageous for production facilities with high volumes, complex geometry and a need for automation. For companies working with large sashes or non-standard structures, the SBZ 628 XXL offers the required flexibility.
