Entrance doors REHAU ARTEVO receive Passive House certification

REHAU Window Solutions has announced that its ARTEVO entrance doors have been awarded the international Passive House Certificate by the Passive House Institute (PHI) in Darmstadt. The company states that it is currently the only supplier of PVC entrance doors certified by PHI.

The certificate presentation took place at Fensterbau Frontale 2026 in Nuremberg. Johannes Seibert of the Passive House Institute personally presented the certificate to the REHAU Window Solutions team.

At the core of the ARTEVO max door system is the RAU-FIPRO X profile combined with integrated LowE technology. Together, they achieve a door thermal transmittance value (Ud) of up to 0.8 W/(m²·K). This fully complies with the Passive House Institute requirements for the “cool-temperate” climate zone, which specify a Uw value of less than 0.8 W/(m²·K).

According to PHI, Ukraine falls almost entirely within the “Cold” climate zone, with a maximum Ud value of ≤ 0.60 W/(m²·K).
Ud is the thermal transmittance coefficient of the door leaf. The lower the value, the less heat escapes through the door to the outside.

Sales of ARTEVO doors are scheduled to begin in June 2026. In December 2026, the product range will be expanded with a version featuring a flush frame and sash design. The company is also developing ARTEVO lift-and-slide doors. At the same time, REHAU Window Solutions is strengthening its partnership with Nuki, the European market leader in smart locks, to integrate Smart Home functionality.
