Profile system «Next» intended for the manufacture of windows and balcony doors rectangular, oblique, trapezoidal and round shapes as well as rectangular entrance doors with outward opening.
Main system profiles have a depth of 58 mm and 4th camera.
The system has all the necessary components and accessories for the realization of any design and design solutions. Through the efforts of many years of experience and development in the profile system «Next» were considered the minimum necessary and innovative ideas:
- Universal amplifier for reinforcing the frame, sash, Face plate. Due to the width of the main camera, 33 mm, and the requirements of the stability and rigidity is possible to use metal thickness from 1.10 to 1.50 mm;
- Bead for filling of 24 and 28 mm;
- Bead under monosteklo;
- The availability of fitting groove at the 13th series;
- Fillet with coextruded seal gray;
- Double outer seal the porch, with a width of 8 mm against the gasket ensures reliable protection against rain and low air permeability;
- Bevel angle of 20 degrees and bead frame provides a guaranteed removal of moisture from the seal;
- 6 ° bevel seam provides a guaranteed condensate;
- Thanks to advanced production technology, perfect white color profiles does not change its characteristics when exposed to sunlight.
