Co-owners will be able to receive compensation for step-by-step the replacement of windows and balconies
From November 21, co-owners can check the replacement of windows step by step and receive partial compensation at the Energodim program. This was reported by the press center of the Energy Efficiency Fund. On November 17, the Supervisory Board of the Fund approved the relevant changes.
Due to limited access to credit and the difficult economic situation, the Fund decided to add the possibility of step-by-step verification of two more energy efficiency measures:- Replacement or repair of windows and balconies, insulation and glazing of existing balconies and loggias;
- Thermal insulation of attics and roofs.
Co-owners determine steps or scope of work which is subject to verification and partial compensation independently. A corresponding application must be submitted to the Energy Efficiency Fund. In the last step, when the project is completed, the measures must implement in full.
The program also increased the number of significant transactions from UAH 5 million to UAH 10 million. According to the Fund, this will speed up the approval of projects worth up to UAH 10 million.
