One of these production areas is Framex aluminum profiles, manufactured by extrusion using high-precision tools. The preparation of matrices is carried out through nitriding. To ensure physical and mechanical properties, artificial aging of Framex profiles takes place in specialized furnaces. German-made Technoform thermal breaks are used for "warm" aluminum profiles.
Recently, Framex specialists launched a new automated line for assembling "warm" aluminum profiles.
High-tech European equipment enables the assembly of aluminum profiles in several stages:
- Notching the first profile and simultaneously inserting thermal breaks using a special clamping device located at the output of the notching machine.
- Notching the second profile and simultaneously inserting it into the first profile with pre-inserted thermal breaks.
- Aligning the profiles on a stop before the assembly machine.
- Assembling the thermal break using a machine with special rollers.
- Testing a 100mm cut section of the profile to verify assembly quality.
The assembly machine is controlled via a PC and specialized software for saving programs and adjusting speed.
This solution is adapted for small and medium-sized production facilities and requires only 1-2 operators.
