The trend for dark colours continues in window design. External frames remain popular in black, dark blue, and aged grey. However, natural shades are making a comeback – forest green and warm brown.
Pantone Color Institute has declared the colour of 2025 to be PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse. This deep warm brown shade, reminiscent of chocolate and coffee, creates a sense of comfort and harmony.
Brown pairs well with wood textures and natural materials, fitting seamlessly into both minimalist and classic styles in both interior and exterior design. It’s a practical choice for windows and doors, which are rarely replaced, as it remains relevant regardless of changing fashion trends.
