Key benefits for Ukrainian producers:

The agreement also introduces new chapters:
- E-commerce: the agreement supports online trade and regulates the use of electronic signatures and contracts
- Support for small businesses: assistance for entrepreneurs in accessing relevant information and the creation of dedicated support centres
- Sustainable development: promoting environmentally friendly production and responsible business practices
Provisions on technical standards and the protection of copyrights and patents have also been revised.
