On 25 April 2025, the National Qualifications Agency registered a proposal from the Ukrainian Association of Transparent Structures Manufacturers to develop a draft professional standard titled “Window and Door Installer” (registration number 918). According to the Agency, this information has already been added to the Qualifications Register.
This marks the official start of the work on the standard, and the association is calling on representatives of the window market — manufacturers, dealers, installers and industry experts — to join the process. Next steps include forming a working group and holding expert discussions on the content of the standard.
“We would appreciate your expert opinion, recommendations and suggestions on the content of the standard,” the association states.
Suggestions can be submitted to the Directorate of the Ukrainian Association of Transparent Structures Manufacturers.
As a reminder, the Qualifications Register recently added a new professional standard for façade and transparent structure installers.
