The Energy Efficiency Fund announced the extension of the “Enerhodim” programme until 2026 following a decision by the Supervisory Board. The programme continues to operate for co-owners of apartment buildings (OSMD) throughout Ukraine and is accepting new applications.
OSMD can continue to receive grants for comprehensive thermal modernisation of buildings. Programme participants insulate façades, replace windows and upgrade engineering networks. These measures reduce energy consumption and residents’ costs.
At the meeting, the Supervisory Board also updated the Fund’s Strategy for 2024–2026. The changes took into account available funding and current challenges for the sector. The Fund also approved the Activity Plan for 2026 with a focus on OSMD.
Earlier, the Fund had already expanded financial support for programme participants by increasing grant amounts.
