The object used the rack-and-transom system TM "Gutmann", Germany. The technological feature of this system is that it is structurally based on the interchangeability of racks and transoms, so it is possible to minimize the waste of the profile. In addition, the advantages of the facade glazing system are the German quality of the profiles and components, as well as the ease of assembly, which makes it possible to carry out work on the facade glazing in a short time. The installation of stained glass windows and the cladding of the building with composite aluminum were carried out by the same forces, and this always reduces the number of problems for the investor associated with the docking of facade elements on the object.
