The Alumil profile brand has updated the SUPREME SD115 Pivot system for large entrance doors with a threshold with a thermal break. This was announced on the Alumil Ukraine Facebook page.
Alumil Ukraine has responded to the requests of its partners and introduced a threshold with a thermal break. In the standard configuration, the emphasis is on accessibility. The threshold is curved and has a height of only 7 mm. The "warm" threshold S11536 is 16 mm high.
In general, the SUPREME SD115 Pivot is designed for large entrance doors. And the pivoting hinge support ensures easy opening, even when the door height exceeds 3 m and the weight is close to 250 kg.
Moreover, according to Alumil, the thermal insulation of the 1.30x2.50 m door is Ud = 0.7 W/m2K (EN ISO 10077-2) with an occupancy of Up = 0.3. These values are calculated for the sill in the standard configuration. According to the Passive House Institute database, this door is suitable for Passive Houses in cool, temperate climate zones.
The burglar resistance is RC3.
