Reynaers Aluminium Polska has moved to a new headquarters on the S8 highway near Warsaw. The company announced this on its LinkedIn page.
Construction of the plant began in the autumn of 2022. The Polish supplier of aluminium profiles acts as a logistics hub for Central Europe. And now it has a larger warehouse, new painting lines and a modern office building. This includes 31,000 m2 of industrial hall and approximately 1,200 m2 of office space.
The new plant will have four production lines: three painting lines and a profile anodising line. Colour diversity is a general trend in the construction industry. For example, Schuco has opened a new aluminium profile painting facility in Germany.
Panattoni, a developer of industrial space in Europe, will present a project for BREEAM. BREEAM is a method for assessing the environmental performance of buildings, OKNA.ua reports. For this purpose, the demineralised water complex Demi Station and the wastewater WWT Polska were implemented. The production facility will use environmentally friendly chromium-free technology in the operation of painting and anodising lines. Part of the energy demand will be met by photovoltaic installations on the roof of the buildings. Heat pumps will have used to heat the office building.
The premises have been designed to ensure employee comfort in terms of acoustics, air quality, and access to daylight. The development site includes over 37,200 m2 of green space.
