OSBBs and HBCs сan use "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" to create energy-independent buildings

The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the state program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%". Now OSBBs and housing construction cooperatives (HBCs) can use it to purchase solar panels, inverters, energy storage units, as well as heat pumps. The resolution was adopted on July 5, 2024.

OSBBs and HBCs will be able to receive up to 5 million UAH for a period of up to 5 years at 7% per annum.
The state program will work in combination with the Energy Efficiency Fund programs: "EnergoDIM" and "GrinDIM".

To participate, you need to:

• Become a participant in the Energy Efficiency Fund programs.
• Contact one of the 46 participating banks of the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program.
• Submit an application and the necessary documents.

The program starts on July 20, 2024.
Previously, entrepreneurs were able to use "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" to purchase gas-powered generators.
