Grupa Kęty unites businesses under the Aluprof brand

In April 2025, Grupa Kęty announced the adoption of a new development strategy for 2025–2029, under which its three main business areas will be unified under a single brand: Aluprof. This was reported in the company’s official statement.

The focus lies on a deep integration of three key divisions: the extruded products segment, the architectural systems division, and the newly established sun protection segment. The latter was formed on the basis of the recent acquisition of Selt Sp. z o.o. and assets from Opole. This decision aims to strengthen the Aluprof brand’s presence in the European window market, particularly in the facade, window profile systems, and sun protection segments.

Grupa Kęty is also establishing a new structure called Aluprof International to manage all its foreign subsidiaries. This will enhance efficiency by reducing costs, standardising processes, and boosting international presence.

The strategic plans include further growth through acquisitions of adjacent businesses, particularly those that can scale up the architectural systems and sun protection segments, and help access new markets, clients, and brands.

On the Polish market, efforts will focus on increasing production capacity by expanding the extrusion line output and integrating it with architectural and sun protection products.
