Aluprof reports that Aluprof SA has officially merged with Selt sp. z o. o., a manufacturer of high-quality sun shading systems. The company calls this a step that enables partners to order aluminium systems and sun shading from one supplier.
Selt sp. z o. o. joined the Grupa Kęty group of companies last year. The merger has now become the next stage of business integration within the Aluprof brand.
The company explains that the market is increasingly asking for products aligned in appearance and technology under one brand. For architects and investors, this means a broader choice in the categories of aluminium windows, doors and façades together with sun shading.
Aluprof also reports that two divisions will operate within its structure. The first is Aluprof Sun Shading Solutions for sun shading systems. The second is Aluprof Architectural Systems for window-and-door, façade and fire-rated systems.
The company adds that the integration was planned so that partners keep their familiar way of working. Since mid-year, the Selt brand has operated as Selt by Aluprof. Aluprof mentions a focus on service, including faster lead times for pergolas, a wider selection of accessories and more standard colours for Selt products — pergolas, blinds, awnings and Reflexols.
