Terms of limitation of liability


  1. The responsibility, including the accuracy of the information borne by the person who submitted the ad.
  2. The information received by the Internet publication, is considered the property of the Internet publication. The online edition is under no obligation of confidentiality with regard to this information, unless there is agreement to the contrary or the corresponding requirements of the current legislation.
  3. The information contained in this online publication may be reproduced or used for publication without written permission of the online editorial office. Copies of the information contained in the online edition can only be done by individuals for personal use.
  4. Do not, under any circumstances, the Internet edition is not responsible for damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this online publication, its use or inability to use.
  5. Internet publication reserves the right to change the information on this website without notice.


To be published in the online edition of the ad are not accepted, containing:


  1. Offers services and products appreciated in the current legislation of Ukraine as illegal.

  5. Do not allowed to publish ads with offers of purchase /sales databases.
  6. Do not allowed to publish ads with offers of network marketing.


General rules


  1. Ad Title should correspond to its content.
  2. The ad should not contain your contact information (phone, address, e-mail, etc.).
  3. Announcement in its title should not contain a list of key phrases, including the indication of the region.
  4. Announcement in its title or text does not contain the name or website address (URL).
  5. Ad Title should not contain duplicate exclamation and question marks, dots and other signs. Example misspellings: "**** sell goods, cheap !!!".
  6. Ad Title must not contain repeated words. Example misspellings: "Action! Stock! Stock!".
  7. Do not apply the same or similar ads for a week.
  8. Ad text must be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  9. Text ad should not contain external hyperlinks.
  10. The text and the title of the ad must not contain the word "best", "best", etc.
  11. Duplicate ad is viewed as "spam", which may result in the restriction of access to a significant amount of time up to complete blocking user access.
  12. If you publish more ads with buy / sell offer of goods / services that are similar in content, ie in fact - it's the same announcement, formulated in different words, these ads are considered to be a double and removed.
  13. If the text or ad title contains multiple spelling and punctuation errors, missing dividing spaces, such ads will be removed.


Rules for photos in ads


  1. A picture that shows the product / service must comply with title and ad text.
  2. The photo must only be depicted proposed facility. Photos must not contain any logo, brand, company name or other promotional information, as well as contact information: phone, E-mail, hyperlink, etc.
  3. Removes ads with photos, which has no apparent connection with the semantic text ads or do not serve the purpose adequately illustrate the text of the announcement.
  4. Removes ads with photos that contain user interface elements, abstract paintings, etc.. N.
  5. Removes ads with pictures that are too bright background.
  6. Removes ads with photos of poor quality and / or depicted object indistinguishable.


The editors reserve the right to remove ads if they do not correspond to the selected category sections do not comply with the rules of publication of advertisements, or for other reasons, without any explanation.
