Ukrainian hardware manufacturer AXOR has launched AXOR Intent Smart&Quick for lift-and-slide structures. This is a joint project with the German company HAUTAU.
Back in 2019, the CEO of AXOR INDUSTRY, Osman Yilmaz, announced a new product. After that, the Ukrainian full-cycle factory AXOR and the window market, in general, had to overcome the consequences of the pandemic and the full-scale invasion by russia. But in the summer of 2024, the company introduced parallel-sliding hardware for large PVC structures to the market.
According to AXOR estimates, Intent Smart&Quick is best suited for open facades and winter gardens due to its airtightness and ease of opening large and heavy sashes. The hardware allows for the production of metal-plastic structures up to 1790 mm in width and up to 2390 mm in height. The sash weight can reach up to 200 kg. When the handle is lifted up, the sash moves 6 mm away from the frame, and then, thanks to the running mechanisms and built-in ball bearings, the sash smoothly shifts to the side.
The airtightness of the structure is ensured by a continuous sealing contour and locking points. To enhance the burglary resistance of the sliding system, it can be equipped with mushroom cams paired with anti-burglary locking plates.
Previously, AXOR specialists developed and released concealed hinges for interior doors.
